The Roman temple of Évora is one of the most important monuments in Portugal. We propose a trip to the 1st century to be part of this construction and leave your legacy in the history of Portugal.
The objective is to build the 14 columns of the temple and the player who has the most stone blocks in each column will earn the corresponding points. As the game progresses, the place where you place the stone blocks will have a more evident strategic component, since you need to eliminate most of the opponents and also understand which column you can get the most points in. The choices are not at all easy.
At the same time, Évora uses a very interesting game system. There is a shipyard where, when it’s your turn to play, you choose the action you want to take. Some actions are more advantageous than others. The big headache is that not all of them are available, as your opponents’ workers can occupy the most desirable spaces and thus force you to choose a less desirable option.
In addition to all this, there are character cards that will mix things up and give some advantages to those who use them.
Évora is a game full of incidents and where anything can happen.
